Addressing your concerns: Your employees and policyholders are your greatest assets We keep it that way.
I understand your loyalty and recognize this as part of the value of your business. Some concerns you may have:
How your employees will be treated
Naturally, you are concerned about your long-term employees. I understand your loyalty and apprehension and recognize their value to your business. If your company is acquired, your employees will be given every consideration to be a part of this new insurance family—and will be rewarded appropriately.
At times, of course, redundancy may require downsizing. Wherever possible, your employees will be retained and integrated based on a model that has worked extremely well. Experience, years as an agent, college degree, training and professional development —all come into play in this process.
Employee benefits: Because of the size of the new company, your employee benefits will probably be more than you are currently able to offer.

How your policyholders will be treated
Chances are, many of your policyholders have been with you a long time. So, of course, you are concerned for their future well-being. How will they be treated? Will the new company be able to keep them? After all, your policyholder is your greatest asset. And these days they are flooded daily with choices on TV, newspapers and the internet.
No need to worry. Your policyholders will be treated with the greatest respect. In fact, I will personally strive to give them the same level of service you’ve provided in the past.
It has always been my philosophy to emphasize customer retention in the training of employees. Just as importantly, the agencies I represent not only provide competitive rates, but superior customer service.

You have quite a few options on how to structure the sale of your agency:
• Direct purchase • Flexibility when cashing out • Selling with an option to stay involved • Basing the payout on renewals • Getting paid out over time (a helpful tax alternative) • Other ideas you may have (Rocking H is open)
